Wondershare Photo Collage Studio Editor's Review

Wondershare Photo Collage Studio electronic collage equivalent of bowling with the barriers up; we think it is pretty difficult to fail to produce a collage with this software. It has some delightful features and will help you organise photographs and create digital photo albums. Its long list of templates is useful for quick design of digital items such as calendars, greeting cards, posters and letters. 

The software is free for a trial period. A single user license costs $30, but there are offers available if you search for them – e.g. 50% off. It is easy to download and install. 

The main options are Add Photo, Edit Photo, Decorate Collage, Save Collage and Print Collage. This offers a straightforward workflow. 
Having selected one or more photographs from the Explorer-style navigation bar, you can edit, rotate, crop, shadow, and filter the photograph. 

There is a large catalogue of frames to apply to your image. Text, captions, Wordart and Clipart can also be added. One of the most amusing functions is the drawing tool, which allows you to draw over your photograph. All the editing functions come with an undo button. 

When you have finished editing you can save your project in a format of your choice: as wallpaper, or as an email attachment and then print it or distribute via email etc. 

Pros: Easy to use; Doodling; large page printing options. 

Cons: Some limitations in editing. 

Conclusion: Wondershare Photo Collage Studio is great for family fun; a useful tool for newcomers to editing and decorating digital images. This product is too kitschy for professional use, but handy if you have some family news to distribute or want to personalise cards.
